We use it on all of our websites. It does involve you paying Google a monthly fee ($6 per month, per user) but it allows you to have a google docs back office. There are more robust project manager software on the market. But for ease of use GSUITE is great.

You can have an email from your domain name, share files, and have data secured by google.

Truly be partners (sort of) with Google.
